Ryan started out in the automotive industry selling cars at 18 years old. He worked in sales, finance, sales manager and as Retail Operations Manager at one of the largest Buick GMC Cadillac dealers in the southeast. In 2009, Ryan worked to develop a digital strategy to help get through the recession and keep expenses low, as opposed to more traditional marketing techniques. They were able to increase sales while decreasing the advertising budget during one of the worst times to be selling General Motors products. In 2015, Ryan left the dealership to start Direct Marketing Group where he would begin to implement his process in other dealerships nationwide.

He enjoys traveling and going to the beach with his 2 kids.
Loves going to concerts, (He might be the only person who is an Ed Sheeran AND a Rick Ross fan.)
Painfully, he's also a big Redskins fan.
